1. Platform Subscriptions (If Applicable)

Currently, Active Kids Club is 100% free for parents tracking schools. In the futuristic event of premium Parent Features being launched, all digital subscriptions will qualify for a 14-day statutory money-back guarantee, provided none of the premium booking credits have been utilized.

2. Class & Academy Bookings

All physical sports classes, memberships, and trial sessions are financially settled directly with the respective third-party academy (e.g. Apex Hoops Academy). Therefore:

  • Refund claims for missed child classes must be submitted directly to the physical facility.
  • Active Kids Club cannot legally issue refunds on behalf of partner schools.
  • Always read the individual penalty or cancellation terms when finalizing an offline class package at the school office.

3. Removal of Data

If you wish to 'return' your presence by permanently deleting your parent profile from our system, immediately navigate to your proposed account dashboard or email our support staff. We ensure a total scrub of records within 72 digital hours.
